Junior miners, prospectors, retired geologists, and archive holders sit on drill logs, geophysics, geochemistry, and survey reports that never got drilled because there was no money to advance them. The Open Ground Exchange lets you list that data for a funded operator to pick up. You keep no cash obligation upfront. The default deal is a share of future production if the ground is drilled and eventually produces. Cash is possible, negotiated case by case, but production share is the default currency on this exchange.

MATCHED WITH AN OPERATOR
Approved listings appear at coarse resolution. A funded operator requests access, signs a standard NDA, and is screened before your full data or coordinates are ever shared.

PAID WHEN IT PRODUCES
You and the operator sign your own agreement, with your own counsel. Default terms: the operator funds all drilling, you keep a production share or carried interest. Cash is negotiable, never the default.

HOW THE DEAL WORKS

Production share (royalty or carried interest) is the default consideration between the data owner and the operator. Cash is possible and negotiated case by case, never the default. CoreElement is not a party to that agreement and does not take a percentage of your deal. We charge a fixed fee for listing, GeoSwarm verification, and matching, set in advance and not contingent on the outcome, and where we participate we do so on fixed terms agreed up front. Exact terms between the parties are never published and are agreed with your own counsel.
